State registry

The uniform state register contains:

Data on the state registration at creation, reorganisation and liquidations of subjects of managing and the termination of the activity by them, containing on electronic carriers;
Data on the state registration of the changes brought in the state register concerning subjects of managing, including data on creation and the termination of activity of branches and representations of the legal bodies, containing on electronic carriers;
Documents and data on paper carriers (registration business), presented to registering body according to the Law.
