                                       About Tax committee at the Government Republic Tajikistan

According to article 12 of the Constitutional law of Republic Tajikistan «About the Republic Tajikistan Government» and to execute the Decree of the President of Republic Tajikistan from November, 30th, 2006 № 9 «About perfection of structure of the central enforcement authorities of Republic Tajikistan» the Republic Tajikistan Government п about with т and н about in l I е т:

1. To confirm Position, central office Structure, the Scheme of management and the List of the enterprises (organisations) of system of Tax committee at the Republic Tajikistan Government (appendices 1,2,3,4).

2. To establish limiting number of workers of Tax committee at the Government of Republic Tajikistan and its territorial divisions financed from the republican budget, in number of 1630 units (without attendants), including central office in number of 130 units.

3. To allow to have to Tax committee at the Republic Tajikistan Government З vice-presidents, including one first deputy of the Chairman, and board as a part of 7 persons.

4. To establish for Tax committee at the Government of Republic Tajikistan a limit of office cars in number of 110 units, including for central office in number of 15 units.

5. The corresponding standard legal certificates of Republic Tajikistan regulating activity of tax departments, operate before acceptance of corresponding standard legal certificates of Republic Tajikistan agree the present decision.

6. To tax Committee at the Republic Tajikistan Government in two-month term:
- To present offers on modification and additions to branch standard legal certificates of Republic Tajikistan;
- To bring the certificates into accord with the present decision.

7. To recognise as become invalid Republics Tajikistan following the governmental order:
- From February, 12th, 2002 З 48 «Questions of the Ministry of public revenues and Republic Tajikistan gathering»;
- From May, 3rd, 2002 Ч9199 «About the Position statement about the Ministry of public revenues and Republic Tajikistan gathering»;
- From November, 4th, 2002 To 427 «0 modification and additions in the governmental order of Republic Tajikistan from February, 12th, 2002 1 48»;
- From April, 30th, 2004 To 198 «0 modification of some governmental orders of Republic Tajikistan»;
- From April, 2nd, 2005 134 «0 modification and additions in the governmental order of Republic Tajikistan from February, 12th, 2002 № 48».

About modification and additions in the governmental order of Republic Tajikistan from December, 28th, 2006 №607


According to article 43 of the Law of Republic Tajikistan «About standard legal certificates» the Republic Tajikistan Government decides:
1. To make following changes and additions to the governmental order of Republic Tajikistan from December, 28th, 2006 № 607 «About Tax committee at the Republic Tajikistan Government»:
- In point 2 of figure "1630" and «130» to replace accordingly with figures "1760" and «160»;
- In point 3 of figure "3" and «7» to replace accordingly with figures "4" and «9»;
- Point 5 of the appendix 1 to add with the new paragraph in the following edition:
«- Realisation of internal audit for target and an effective utilisation of budgetary funds in central office and territorial tax departments;»;
- The appendix 2 to be reworded as follows according to the appendix to the present decision.
2. To the Republic Tajikistan Ministry of Finance to provide since January, 1st, 2008 financing of expenses on the maintenance of additional units.
